What is your return policy?
All items must be returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We'll refund the cost of the item and the original shipping charge you paid.
*After 14 days following the date of receipt of the item/s a return is not possible anymore.
Please note that you have to arrange the return shipping by yourself and also pay for the shipping costs. We will issue the reimbursement after having checked your returned item.

To return an item, please reach out to us via eu-info@theyamazaki.com and be sure to include your name, order number, list of returning items, and the reason for the return. 

Yamazaki gift cards are not returnable or refundable. 

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been placed? 
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please reach out directly via our contact us or email us at eu-info@theyamazaki.com.
The cancellation of the order is only possible within 24 hours of the purchase as we pack and ship your item(s) as quickly as possible. 
If it exceeded more than 24 hours, the order should be treated as a return.

 

What if the damaged item(s) arrived? 
In case of damaged items please also reach out to us at eu-info@theyamazaki.com. Provide your order number, item name or number, and photos illustrating the damaged or defective part. We will issue a reimbursement or send an exchange item (depending on availability) after having checked your returned item.

What if the wrong item(s) arrived? 
Please reach out to us at  
eu-info@theyamazaki.com and be sure to include your name, order number, as well as photos of the mis-shipped item(s). We will be happy to resolve all issues and get the correct item(s) shipped out as soon as we possibly can.
