In addition to our main headquarters in Japan, we currently have offices in USA and Germany.

We dispatch all packages with DHL. DHL may forward your package to a local carrier service for the final delivery, depending on your shipping address.
We are unable to accept requests for specific carriers at this time.
Processing and preparation time up to 3 business days (holidays and weekends excl.). Expected delivery duration 4-15 days due to Covid-19 impact.
We are currently shipping from Dortmund, Germany.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which you can track online via the carrier.

If you've created an account on our website, you can find it there as well.If you're still having trouble locating your order number, Contact Us with the email address used to place the order and/or the shipping address and we'd be happy to help you out.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please reach out directly via our contact form at the bottom of this page.Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed as we pack and ship your item(s) as quickly as possible.
In case you have placed multiple orders in a short period of time, we will reach out to you via email or phone to check if we can combine your orders. If we don't receive any response from you, we may use our discretion to ship the orders together. For larger quantities of items, we might decide to go with pallet shipment.
A considerably low percentage of our items arrive damaged or defective. If this is the case with your product, we will certainly replace it!

Provide your order number, item name or number, and a photo of the item and if possible parcel box and package.
In many cases, however, issues can be resolved with a quick fix during assembly. We're working on providing clearer instructions in English. In the meantime, our team is happy to assist you in identifying and resolving any issues.
We will try to find the best solution to your situation.
If your tracking number shows as delivered, please allow 24–48 hours for the package to arrive.
Carriers often mark packages as delivered early.
If after a few days the package still has not arrived, we will certainly work to resolve the issue.
If something was missing from your order, please reach out to us using our Contact Us form.

• Photos of the mis-shipped
item(s).
We will be happy to resolve all issues and get the correct item(s) shipped out as soon as we possibly can.
When your package is being transported to your destination country, please wait for your next status update.
If your status has not been updated for 15 days, please contact us through our Contact Form.
If your package is returned to us due to delivery issues, we will reach out to you via email and phone to verify your address and arrange for reshipment. If we are unable to contact you, or if you decide not to receive the package any longer, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items only.
Lost something during a move? Did a screw roll under the oven?
In many cases, we have replacements available. While we carry quite a few parts, please understand that not every request can be fulfilled.
Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your request using our Contact Us form.

As much as possible, we will honor replacement part requests from other retailers.
If the part is unavailable and more action is required, we may need to request that you reach out directly to the retailer.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong products, please see Order Issues section above.
Right of return
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the parcel(s).
To make use of your right of return, we ask you to contact us via our Contact us form by choosing the Return category. To proceed with your request, please, follow the instructions.
We ask that all items be returned in good condition. If you have received several items in one parcel but are only returning part of your order, please ensure that each item is properly protected for shipping. Please use the original outer box if possible. If the original outer box is too large or unavailable, please place the original product packaging inside a sturdy outer box to protect it during transit.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, the reimbursement will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. The reimbursement will be received on the same payment method used to place the order in the first place. In case you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping cost.
Yamazaki Europe will pay you back with the same currency with which you have paid, unless another method is agreed upon with us.
You will bear the cost of return shipping. Yamazaki Europe will not provide return labels.
In case the products are received damaged due to an unsafe or inattentive return shipment, you might be charged a fee that will be deducted from your reimbursement.
