Glossy, flat, clean-and-dry surfaces such as tiles, plastic surfaces, stainless steel, glass, mirrors, and metal-painted surfaces like refrigerators and washing machines (surfaces must be larger than the adhesive area of the film hook).

[Surfaces NOT suitable for installing film hooks]
Non-glossy surfaces, surfaces smaller than the adhesive area of the file hook, clay, plaster, sand, mortar, concrete, frosted glass, uneven surfaces, rough surfaces, curved surfaces, surfaces with grooves or patterns, wallpaper, and other cloth surfaces (e.g. PVC, fabric, paper), fluorinated or mold-resistant surfaces, hot surfaces such as microwave ovens and stoves, joints of tiles, mirrored surfaces, hairline stainless steel, and matt-finished artificial marble.
