First, their shiny plastic finish gets dirty too fast (because of water splashes) and looks cheap (although at a given price tag it is not that cheap!), this is especially true for the black one. Second, the pump doesn't work evenly but rather spits the soap at you even if you press gently. Size is ok."

- I would like to use a pouch to insert into these pumps. Where would i find one?
- We do not sell pouches for these pumps. If you will purchase one from another manufacturer, please note that the capacity of each dispenser is 16.9 fluid ounces.
- What does it mean when you say two way dispenser?
- "Two way" is meant to indicate that the liquid soap or shampoo can be inserted into the dispenser either directly or while inside a pouch.
- Does the shampoo dispenser have the raised dots on the top of the pump nozzle, so that you can feel which is which? Thank you!
- The pumps for the different dispensers are identical, so unfortunately there are no such bumps.
- Is there a difference in the size of the dispenser for Tower body soap vs shampoo? Thanks
