"From the very beginning, I felt that a storage solution should always adapt to the items people actually own, not the other way around. In many kitchens, people have frying pans, pots, and lids of all shapes and sizes, and yet most organizers offer only fixed compartments. I wanted to make it possible to adjust dividers freely, without being limited to set positions. The idea was to let customers create just the right spacing for their cookware, so everything feels neatly in place without forcing it."

"The main reason is that cookware dimensions vary enormously by manufacturer. For example, a frying pan from one brand can be quite different from another, and pot lids especially come in so many thicknesses and diameters. If the organizer were fixed, it would only suit a narrow range of products. By making the dividers movable, the organizer becomes much more universal. This flexibility was essential to the concept."

"One of the most difficult technical points was that when moving the dividers, the force required to lock them in place was different depending on whether you adjusted them at the edges or in the center. That inconsistency could make the experience feel uneven or unreliable, so we had to work hard to smooth it out."

"Yes, definitely. Because we added a silicone lining to prevent slipping, the organizer also works very well for storing plates. The lining holds them gently in place, so even delicate dishes remain stable. It’s a simple extension of the product's function, but one that makes it even more versatile in everyday kitchen storage."

With this product, we focused on the pain points of existing organizers, things like fixed spacing or incompatibility with different cookware, and worked to eliminate them.
