- Can I get a replacement draining board? Ours broke.
- I'm sorry to hear about your draining board. While we are happy to send complimentary replacements for parts we have available, unfortunately we currently do not have this particular part on hand..
- Any advice on cleaning the soap scum off? I've been using this dish rack for over a year somehow and no matter how hard I scrub, the soap scum never comes off the draining board.
- Adding some vinegar or baking soda to warm water, leaving it on tray for about ten minutes before softly wiping off with a sponge should usually fix the issue. If that still doesn't seem to work please contact us at info@theyamazakihome.com and we will be happy to further assist.
- Do you sell tiny hooks that can be affixed to the side to hang small items off of?
