What is the viewing angle and can the viewing angle be adjusted?
The viewing angle can be freely adjusted.
I received this cookbook stand as a gift, along with a few other Yamazaki products. Love the look of this and can't wait to use it. I didn't receive the cushioning pads, what are they and where do they go?

is this stand adjusted to hold a large deep cookbook about two inches deep when opened?
The stand is adjustable, which means accommodating two inches of thickness should not be a problem, but please do note the weight limit of 4.4 lbs.
What is the purpose of the sticky tab included in the cookbook stand? The sheet enclosed says there should be 4 of these yet I have found only one in a small plastic bag.
The tabs are intended to go on the bottom of the stand, cushioning it against the surface on which it rests. I apologize that your Cookbook Stand arrived without all of the tabs. A customer service representative will be in touch with you shortly about procuring replacements.
