i have the black version, very happy with it. We have trouble cleaning the spout, it somehow cannot be removed from the tray and there is a lot chalky scale in there. You have a manual or can you show us, how to safely remove it?

What are the dimensions of the bottom of the metal rack (not the plastic tray)? I have an area of 14.5” x 6.5” and I’d like to know if the metal piece will fit. Thanks.
The inner rack without the tray measures 16" x 8.625".
Does the drain spout remove for cleaning?
Yes, the spout is removable.
Are all parts of the rack dishwasher safe?
