First Yamazaki Home Product--Excellent

"Sturdy frame, and seemingly strong fabric. Super sleek, with very minor imperfections on the steel frame. Looks small and is compact, but still holds a lot of laundry. I go through a lot of laundry due to my line of work, and I wash my clothes and bedsheets once a week with a 53L laundry basket. This being a 45L hamper, it might hold 6 days worth of laundry. I can fill it to the brim if I really want to with the downside of not being able to collapse the frame for easy carry. It's not an issue for me really. Customer service was very helpful, as I received the wrong item for the first shipment. They sent the correct one 3 days later, very satisfied with how they handled the issue. Overall, 5 stars for me, and I might get a second hamper in the future."

Q&A

I would love to see this product with the ability to remove the bag. It wouldn’t be to difficult with dowels that are already in place. You only have to add divets. It would make it so much simpler for those of us who don’t have a washer or dryer in our small living spaces to transport the laundry without the added weight of the rack. Thanks for listening. I’m a big fan of your products.
Thank you for your valuable opinion. The hamper is designed to fold up so that the support becomes a handle for easy carrying. Being able to remove the bag entirely however does sound like a good option. We have made note of this suggestion!
