"This dish rack is wonderfully stable and extremely well-made. When taking a plate out, the rack stays firmly in place without tipping or sliding. The base has protective padding, so it won't scratch the inside of kitchen cabinets or drawers. What I love most are the non-slip silicone stoppers on the bars. They grip the plates nicely so each one stays securely upright instead of clattering together or creating a messy domino effect. It can easily hold twice as many plates as shown in my photo (I took the picture on my living room table while reorganizing my kitchen cabinets just to show how it works!). You can comfortably double up the plates in each section without any issue. Truly great quality and very practical."

Q&A

How high is the base? One of the comments mentioned their plates didn't fit on their side plus the extra height. I measured and my plates have room to be lifted about an inch but that's it.
The base rests about 1.5" from the ground.

Depending on the size and type of plates, the number of plates that can be stored varies. In total you can store up to 9kg, and plates with a diameter up to 24cm.
The description says it carries up to 9 kg. Ad the shorter model Tower carries 9 kg as well I wonder how to understand it properly. Does Tosca carry 3 kg each section? Not so much, that is why I ask.
