The product is not sufficiently protected during shipping. The first one arrived quite damaged, so a replacement was sent. Unfortunately, the second one also arrived damaged, but we decided to keep it because the damage is not very noticeable. As for the quality, it is generally good, but I expected a little more for a product in this price range."
