"This item is not doing what is shown on images - plates just fall even if smaller, and don't hold on holder. They also pull whole drainer when falling, so drainer just 'folds onto itself'. Buy only if you wish to use only for cups, but for plates don't. Also when trying to sort this with customer care of Yamazaki they just ignored completely video which I recorded showing how plate just falls and pulls with it drainer, and tried to convince me otherwise, even though video clearly showed that it is not possible to use reasonably. They did not offer any solution and just ignored my complain."
